Areas We Buy Houses

Bee Lucky Home Buyers buys houses for cash across the Tampa Bay area — Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Manatee and Sarasota counties. We buy in any condition, including houses that need major repairs, sit in flood zones, or have tenants still living in them.

Below are the areas we work in most. If your city isn’t listed but sits in one of these six counties, call us anyway — the list isn’t exhaustive.

The kinds of houses we buy

We’re not looking for move-in ready. Most of what we buy has something going on:

  • Houses needing major repairs, or a repair list that got away from you
  • Storm, fire or water damage
  • Inherited houses and probate property
  • Homes facing foreclosure
  • Rentals, including ones with difficult tenants
  • Vacant houses
  • Properties with code violations or liens
  • Houses that won’t pass a conventional inspection or appraisal
  • Sales driven by divorce, relocation or a change in circumstances

What working with us looks like

You tell us about the property, we look at it, and you get an offer with an explanation of how we arrived at it. There are no fees and no commissions, and you choose the closing date. If a cash sale isn’t the right move for your situation, we’ll tell you that too.

Call (813) 590-0763 or send us your property details to get started.
